Julie Harrison from Green Up Our Town came into the Y5/6 classroom to talk to the children about the environmental changes and how we can play our own part. The children made their own designs of what they would like the high street and urban park to look like, including green spaces: grass, trees, plants, pots fountains etc. The winning designs will be displayed in shops on the High Street and the children will be invited to help with the planting.
