School meals are cooked on site and cost £2.05 per day. As the school meals recording system is computerised we ask that the payment for meals (£10.25 for a full week) is paid in advance on Monday of each week (or the first day of your child’s attendance in school) so that food orders can be placed by the cook. Please ensure all monies are put in the dinner money envelope (supplies are available from the school office), clearly marked with your child’s name, class and amount. Absentees are credited the following week for meals paid for but not taken.
The school operates a cafeteria system with a wide option of hot and cold meals, including salads and sandwiches.
We ask for a weeks notice if your child wishes to change from a school meal to a packed lunch, and children should not alternate between packed lunches and school meals during the week.
Free school meals are supplied to children whose families are in receipt of certain support payments. If you think your child may be entitled to free meals, please contact the school or the Free School Meals Section, Education Department, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton.
All food is eaten in the dining area and children must remain on the premises throughout lunchtime in the care of the mid-day supervisory assistances
